In the last 25+ years I have sold more than 500 homes in the Hampton Roads area as well as Northeast North Carolina. It is absolutely important to have an experienced agent when it comes to your largest asset. Experience comes from years of practice and negotiation on my profession. I have won multiple awards and have been named among the top 1% of agents in North America. I am not a TEAM and I do not use assistants. I believe the most effective agent is the one that is with you from the first contact all the way through to closing and beyond. As a mother of 6 (all grown!) I understand what its like to be BUSY!!! Living in a military town for nearly 40 years, I have helped many active-duty and retired veterans utilize their VA benefits. On several occasions, I have handled the entire buying process for a service member who could not come in town to preview homes.
